VdS-FireSafety Cologne trade fair on 4th - 5th December 2024
The VdS-FireSafety Cologne are among the most important industry events of the year for preventive structural, organisational and plant fire protection and are known for their high-calibre trade audience. They thus offer suppliers in the field of preventive fire protection optimal opportunities to present their products and services to interested trade visitors. The venue is Koelnmesse.

A 9 m² row stand area with a complete stand for the entire duration of the trade fair can be booked for as little as EUR 2,658 including a complete rental stand, contribution to AUMA, service and marketing flat rate, 2 exhibitor badges, catering and meet & greet.
All exhibitors are also invited to hold live demonstrations - particularly exciting demonstrations can be included as stops on the guided tours of the trade fair. The exhibitor forum in the exhibition hall also offers an attractive platform for presenting product, technology and service innovations.

The complete rental stand "easy" includes:
Walls
White system panels on all closed sides of the booth (height: 2.50 m)

Double spotlight of 2 x 35 W for each full 4 m² of exhibiton space

Including termination tape, covering foil, and waste disposal
The Eco-Rips carpet is 100 % recycled.
Power supply
Up to 1 kW incl. power consumption and 3-way socket outlet
Lattice girder with blind
Silvery lattices at any open side + 1 blind (length: 2 m) with black letters (e.g. your company name, max. 25 characters)

Exhibitor badges
Every booth of 10 sqm surface area gets two exhibitor's badges. Another exhibitor's badge is granted for any further 5 sqm or part thereof. More exhibitor's badges can be booked in addition.
Catering
Lunch incl. beverages is served to the exhibitors on both days of the exhibition. During the exhibition, coffee, tea, and water are available to all exhibitors free of charge.
Meet & Greet
To get to know and to facilitate a technical exchange among exhibitors of the fire protection industry, we exclusively invite all exhibitors to attend a "Meet & Greet" on the eve of the first day in the Koelnmesse.
Conference participation
Every exhibitor is allowed to have one person per conference participate in parallel expert conferences at half price (normal price charged for any further person).
